General information
The information and resources on this website are for general educational purposes. I take great care to make sure they are accurate and up to date, and I correct errors as soon as I find them. If you spot something that doesn’t look right, I would be grateful if you let me know.
Teaching resources
My resources are general teaching materials, written from my experience as a primary school teacher and specialist tutor. They are not an assessment, diagnosis or individual intervention plan for any particular student. If you have concerns about a student’s reading, spelling or learning, please seek advice from a qualified professional, such as a speech pathologist, educational psychologist or learning support specialist. Please use your professional judgement to decide how my resources fit your students, your curriculum and your school’s requirements.
Books, programs and other names
Some of my resources are designed to be used alongside picture books or to complement other literacy programs. Book titles, cover images, authors’ and illustrators’ names, publishers and program names (such as UFLI, Sounds-Write and InitiaLit) belong to their owners and are mentioned only to show which book or program a resource relates to. Unless I say so, I am not connected with, sponsored by or endorsed by them. To use a picture book resource, you will need your own copy of the book.
